We offer fair market Affordable Homes through our Homes by HIP Program. Homebuyers must be low to moderate-income according to HUD U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Area Median Income Limits. Check below under the County you wish to buy a home and see the moderate income limit (Median Family Income). Please give us a call if you have additional questions about income limits. If you meet the income requirement upload your mortgage loan approval, fill out a short application, and provide identification. We will notify you promptly of the available homes within your purchasing power by one of our Housing Specialists.
