Clients can purchase a Fair Market Affordable Home through the Homes by HIP Program.  Clients must be low to moderate-income according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Area Median Income of 120% or under see below.  If you fall into these income limits below feel free to bring your mortgage loan approval*, fill out a short application and provide identification.  You will be notified of the available homes within your purchasing power by one of our Housing Specialists.
