SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED

Subcontractor requirements:

1. General Liability insurance for $1,000,000 with an aggregate of $2,000,000, and Homes in Partnership, Inc., named as additional insured

2. General Liability must provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Homes in Partnership, Inc.

3. Workers’ Compensation insurance as required by the State of Florida, OR

4. Current Certificate of Worker’s Comp Exemption

5. Occupational license from the county or city, if required

6. W-9 form filled out and signed with tax ID number
