AFTER we receive ALL THE DOCUMENTS AT ONE-TIME LISTED BELOW for both Applicant & Co-Applicant an appointment will be scheduled. SEND VIA FAX 407-886-5304 OR DROP OFF IN PERSON (we do not accept originals, bring copies):

  • A state-issued ID or Driver’s License
  • Social Security Card
  • Alien Visa Permanent Residency Card
  • Two latest Income Tax Returns with the W2
  • 4 recent paystubs
  • All Proof of Income (1 yr. history of Child Support, SSI, Pensions, Retirement Benefits, etc.)
  • 2 months of bank statements for all accounts

You have 30 days from this email to submit your requested documents. If we do not receive the requested documents within 30 days, we will consider you no longer interested. Your file will be WITHDRAWN!

AT THIS, APPOINTMENTS ARE ABOUT 4 WEEKS OUT AFTER ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.  APPOINTMENTS & WORKSHOPS ARE VIRTUAL OR BY PHONE CONFERENCING.
