Our Homes by HIP Program provides fair market affordable housing options for homebuyers who meet the low to moderate-income criteria set by the HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) Area Median Income Limits. To see if you qualify, simply check the moderate-income limit (Median Family Income) for the county where you wish to buy a home. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
