Joyce Carson

Joyce Carson knows the value of hard work and thanks to HIP, she knows the joy of owning a home as well. A native of New York City, Joyce moved to Orlando while working for public housing herself and found the opportunity to purchase through HIP in early 2007.

Along with her 13-year old son and two grand children, the family has found a lot of love and joy in owning their own home. The children especially enjoy the fenced in backyard, while Joyce enjoys decorating the home.

"We put a lot of work into this house and we couldn't be happier to call it home," says Joyce.
