Lakewood Manor

Lakewood Manor is a new 54-lot subdivision slated to begin land development in late 2007. Located in Ocoee, this new community is being created in partnership with the Orange County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Ocoee. Construction will be completed in phases, allowing new homeowners to move in during 2008.

New Horizons

The New Horizons Subdivision will be comprised of 58 single-family homes in South Apopka. With construction beginning in 2008, the new community will help to meet the increasing demand for affordable housing in the area.

Holly Creek, Phase II

The original Holly Creek Subdivision, which houses 46 families, was built more than 10 years ago. Phase II will actually be an annexation to the original subdivision, meeting the continual requests for single-family housing in Zellwood. Holly Creek Phase II will provide 63 lots and homes in this growing community.

Sumter County

Seaboard Park

Seaboard Park, in Wildwood, is an existing subdivision which is planned to be annexed into the City of Wildwood. The City will provide water and sewer services to the community. Engineering plans are well underway and expected to be approved by the end of 2007. The infrastructure will be installed during the first half of 2008, after which construction will take place.

Meadowlawn

Meadowlawn Subdivision is an existing platted subdivision in Wildwood. During 2008, HIP will begin the construction of 20 single-family homes on 5th Street. The City of Wildwood will partner with HIP in this subdivision by installing water and sewer lines on 5th Street. HIP will then have the road paved. In 1993, when we expanded our services to include Sumter County, Meadowlawn was the first subdivision we built in.

Live Oak Park

This future development is a 96-lot subdivision located in Webster that was planned in partnership with the City of Webster. The City will install water and sewer lines to the site, and the subdivision will be built in three phases. The first two phases have currently been annexed into the city, and the third phase will be annexed at a later date. Site development and construction is slated to be underway in 2008.
